Estonian Company Kit explains how Estonian companies work in general. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and it does not consider your personal circumstances. Tax in your country of residence is never calculated. Before you act, check with a qualified adviser and with the official sources we link to.

No official connection

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Republic of Estonia or the e-Residency programme. "e-Residency" is used only to describe the programme.

Figures and tools

Every fee, rate, threshold and timeline comes from a listed source and shows the date it was last checked. Rules and prices change, sometimes without notice, so a figure can be out of date even when it was right on the date shown. The tools give estimates from those figures and your answers. Typical durations are typical, not promised.
