How much will an Estonian company cost you?

An Estonian company has one-off state fees, such as €265 (source: abiinfo.rik.ee, checked 3 Oct 2026) to register, and yearly costs for a service provider and banking. This calculator adds them up for your situation and links every line to its source.

How the estimate works

The calculator adds up two kinds of cost. One-off costs are paid once to get started: the e-Residency state fee (€150 (source: politsei.ee, checked 3 Oct 2026)) if you don't have e-Residency yet, the company registration state fee (€265 (source: abiinfo.rik.ee, checked 3 Oct 2026)) and any account opening fee. Yearly costs are what it takes to keep the company running: the service plan, the business account and, where they aren't included in the plan, the annual report and the company's legal address. The Xolo Leap plans offered here list a legal address in Estonia as included, so no separate address or contact person cost is added.

Share capital (at least €0.01 (source: abiinfo.rik.ee, checked 3 Oct 2026)) is shown for information only. It is paid into the company and stays its money, so it is not counted as a cost. Travel to collect your digital ID card depends on where you are, so it is listed without an amount.

If you choose to invoice without a company, there is no company registration fee, business account or annual report, and no e-Residency fee either: Xolo states that Xolo Go does not require e-Residency. That option's percentage fees on payouts depend on how much you earn, so they are shown separately and left out of the fixed totals.
